Preschool Teacher

Zion Lutheran School in Pierce is seeking a qualified part-time Preschool Teacher who will lead three half-day sessions of three-year old and four-year old rooms for the 2026-2027 school year.

The successful candidate will provide developmentally appropriate instruction that supports the cognitive, social-emotional, religious, language, and physical development of young children.

 

The Preschool Teacher will create a nurturing, engaging learning environment aligned with early learning standards; implement play-based and inquiry-driven instructional practices; monitor student progress; and collaborate closely with families, support staff, and church partners. Additional Information

  • Salary: starting at $28,000 based on experience; not more than 29 hours a week
