K–12 MEDIA SPECIALIST / ELEMENTARY TECHNOLOGY
Yutan Public Schools is accepting applications for a K–12 Media Specialist who will also teach elementary technology courses for the 2026–27 school year. Yutan is a community of 1,400 located just 15 minutes west of the Omaha metro area on Highway 92 in Saunders County. The Chieftains compete in Class C-2 NSAA activities, are members of the Nebraska Capitol Conference, and the district has an enrollment of 504.

- This position will be responsible for management of district library media services for grades PK–12 and providing engaging technology instruction for elementary students. Responsibilities include teaching foundational digital literacy skills, supporting instructional technology integration, collaborating with teachers to enhance classroom learning, managing library resources, and promoting a positive and innovative learning environment for all students.

Candidates must hold or be eligible to acquire a Nebraska Teaching Certificate or provisional certification with appropriate endorsement(s) related to Library Media and/or Educational Technology by August 1, 2026. Base salary for 2026–27 is $40,370. All years of experience are accepted. The district pays 100% of the premium for individual or full-family health insurance. Coaching and sponsorships are available.
