Industrial Technology Teacher

Wood River Rural Schools is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Industrial Technology Teacher for grades 7-12 due to retirement. We are looking for a candidate who will inspire students through Career Technical Education and equip them with valuable skills for high-skilled, high-wage, high-demand jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engaging instruction in various industrial technology areas, including:
    • Small Engines
    • Auto Mechanics
    • Welding
    • Metals
    • Woodworking
    • Construction
    • Drafting
    • Shop Safety
    • Electrical
    • Plumbing
  • Foster a safe and dynamic learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, industry partners, and parents to enhance student learning experiences.
  • Guide students in hands-on projects that promote both technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
