Elementary Principal
Duties include facilitating the hiring, scheduling and evaluation of Elem. staff and related responsibilities. Prepare and implement pupil personnel procedures and student handbook. Prepare and implement communication and community relations practices. Monitor and improve curricular and instructional practices of the school. Initiate and sustain school improvement efforts. Maintain required records and reports. Winside also houses 3- and 4-year-old preschools within their elementary building.

Start date of Aug. 1, 2026. Salary to be negotiated. Excellent fringe benefit package. Minimum of three years classroom teaching experience preferred. Administrative endorsement required.
