Technology & Applied Sciences (Construction Management) Faculty
Nature of Work:
Responsible for providing instruction in accordance with the philosophy and objectives of the College.
The teaching emphasis requires both classroom instruction and skills-based applied lab courses in content areas related to construction systems and technology, surveying, print reading, estimating, scheduling, sustainability, project management, and related construction management topics. The position also involves the supervision of students on job sites, teaching, student advising, and service (to the campus, school department, and service region). This person may also be expected to maintain relationships with or serve as a liaison to selected external stakeholders of the academic programs offered by this academic department.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology, Construction Management or a construction related field plus experience in residential or commercial construction.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching both knowledge and skill based classes
- Familiarity with construction related software
- American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid and CPR training or certification, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

The minimum annual salary for this position is $62,000.00.
