7-12 Industrial Technology Teacher
Wayne Community Schools, a progressive pk-12th school district in Northeast Nebraska, is currently seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Jr/Sr High School Industrial Technology Teacher. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with families and staff to meet the needs of our students. Coaching and extra duty positions are available.

Base salary for the 2026-2027 school year will be $43,100. All first and second year teaching hires will start on step 3 ($46,548) and is part of a comprehensive and extensive salary and benefit package. Wayne offers 5 paid on-boarding days to all new staff members. Start date is on or about August 7th.
Applicants must hold a Nebraska teaching certificate with the proper endorsement or have eligibility to meet requirements to obtain certification. (please contact NDE about eligibility requirements)
