Elementary School Teacher
St. Paul Lutheran School is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled Elementary Teacher to join our close-knit school family. Our classrooms average 12–15 students, allowing for meaningful relationships, individualized instruction, and a supportive learning environment. Christ is at the center of all we do—guiding our teaching, our relationships, and our daily walk together as staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction in core elementary subjects
- Integrate Christian faith and values into all areas of teaching and classroom life
- Foster a safe, caring, and respectful classroom environment rooted in Christ’s love
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents regarding student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide goals and a unified Christian culture
- Participate in school events, devotions, and activities that support the mission of the school
You must have a valid Nebraska teaching certificate to apply, and a commitment to the Christian faith and a willingness to model it in daily interactions. We need a flexible, team-oriented mindset teacher who is caring, patient, and has a nuturing approach when working with children and their families.

1, 4Additional Information
Start date will be August 3rd, 2026. Base salary begins at $38,504 with additional steps to include years of service and post grade education and a wonderful benefit plan. This is a great place to work where staff support and uplift one another. It truly is like a small family.
