Elementary School Teacher

St. Paul Lutheran School is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled Elementary Teacher to join our close-knit school family. Our classrooms average 12–15 students, allowing for meaningful relationships, individualized instruction, and a supportive learning environment. Christ is at the center of all we do—guiding our teaching, our relationships, and our daily walk together as staff and students.

To nurture each child academically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially in a Christ-centered environment, equipping them to grow in faith, knowledge, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction in core elementary subjects
• Integrate Christian faith and values into all areas of teaching and classroom life
• Foster a safe, caring, and respectful classroom environment rooted in Christ’s love
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents regarding student progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide goals and a unified Christian culture
• Participate in school events, devotions, and activities that support the mission of the school

You must have a valid Nebraska teaching certificate to apply, and a commitment to the Christian faith and a willingness to model it in daily interactions.  We need a flexible, team-oriented mindset teacher who is caring, patient, and has a nuturing approach when working with children and their families.
