Elementary Prinicipal

St. Paul Lutheran School seeks a Christ-centered, visionary leader to serve as Elementary Principal (Preschool–5th Grade). The Principal will lead the school’s academic programs, spiritual formation, and operational management while upholding the mission and values of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. This position is ideal for a servant-leader who is passionate about Christian education and equipping students to grow in faith, wisdom, and love.

• Guide curriculum planning and implementation that supports both academic excellence and biblical integration.

• Encourage high-quality teaching and professional development among staff.

• Analyze student data to guide instruction and support student success.
  

• Oversee school operations including safety, scheduling, staffing, and accreditation compliance.

• Collaborate with the Board of Christian Education and church leadership on budgeting and strategic planning.

• Lead recruitment, enrollment, and family engagement initiatives.
