After School Director

St. Joseph School in Lincoln is seeking a qualified and energetic director for their after-school enrichment program, Beyond the Bell, for the 2024-2025 school year. Responsibilities include daily supervision, planning, and implementation of enrichment activities for students from 3:00-5:30 pm; hiring, supervision, and professional development of staff; and compliance with all HHS regulations. The director must be at least 19 years of age, of good moral character, and must meet one of the following requirements: associate or bachelor’s degree in either early childhood education, education or child/youth development or equivalent experience, and certification within these areas. Qualities needed include: love for and experience with supervision of children, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to further the mission of St. Joseph School.
