Elementary Teachers
Ravenna Public Schools is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic elementary teachers to join our team. Anticipated openings will be in kindergarten and 4th grade. Serving students in grades PK–12, Ravenna Public Schools is a cornerstone of the community, committed to providing high-quality education in a supportive and engaging environment. Applicants should hold a valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with the proper elementary endorsement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong classroom management skills, effective instructional strategies, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. All years of teaching experience are given credit on the salary schedule.

Base Salary: $38,500 with an anticipated 4%-5% increase for the 2026-2027 school year
Health and Dental Insurance: Provided to full-time employees; $1050/$3800 HAS Dual-Choice Deductible Option

Retirement Benefits: Participation in the Nebraska School Employee Retirement System
