Music Teacher
Southwest Public Schools is seeking a Music Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. The position is for grades K-5, with a competitive base pay of $38,725. All years of experience and continuing education hours will be accepted. This is an opportunity to shape the music curriculum and program, work with a supportive team of dedicated educators, and contribute to the vibrant arts community in the district.
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or a related field, a valid teaching certification, demonstrated experience teaching music to elementary-aged students, strong classroom management and instructional skills, the ability to integrate music into cross-curricular learning, and a passion for fostering a love of music in young learners.
