High School Assistant Principal

We are seeking a dynamic and student-centered leader to serve as a High School Assistant Principal. We are looking for an instructional leader who leads with a collaborative vision, emotional intelligence, and a strong commitment to academic excellence.

This position will involve working with staff, students, and parents at the building level.  Established leadership experience in operating within a career academy structure (leading the Construction and Engineering Academy), addressing student management/truancy, working constructively in a team driven environment, and utilizing data to drive continuous improvement initiatives, is preferred.  Demonstrated experience in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines is essential.  

This position offers a 260 day contract period.  Anticipated start date is July 1, 2026.

Selected candidate must hold or be eligible to obtain a Nebraska Administrative Certification with Secondary endorsement.   This administrative position requires District residency.
