Elementary Teacher

Position Overview
The successful candidate will provide high-quality instruction aligned to Nebraska College and Career Ready Standards, foster a positive and engaging classroom environment, and collaborate effectively with colleagues to support student growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver standards-based instruction using evidence-based practices.

     

  • Utilize formative and summative assessment data to inform instruction.

     

  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.

     

  • Establish and maintain a positive classroom culture that supports academic and social-emotional development.

     

  • Collaborate with grade-level teams, support staff, and administration.

     

  • Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress.

     

Qualifications

  • Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with appropriate elementary endorsement.

     

  • Strong instructional planning and classroom management skills.

     

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional collaboration.

     

  • Knowledge of MTSS processes and data-driven instruction preferred.
