Special Education Teacher – Eagle Elementary

School District 145 is accepting applications for a special education teacher.  Candidates must possess or be able to obtain the appropriate special education endorsement.  The successful candidate will be able to:

• Provide direct instruction in small group or 1:1 and inclusive programming withing the general curriculim.
• Develop programming for students with disabilities including behavioral, social, intellectual deficits, autism, and learning disabilities.
• Work with grade-level teams to support students.
• Facilitate IEP meetings.
• Coordinate support services for individual students on a caseload.
• Be able to teach, reteach, and monitor the growth of individual students.
• Possess a high degree of flexibility in working with colleagues.
• Work with tudents in K-5th grade at the elementary school located in Eagle, NE.

Special Qualifications and/or Certification:
NE teaching certification, Special Education endorsement
