Job Description: The Instructional Coach is responsible for working with building principals, classroom teachers, and district leadership in coordinating, organizing, and facilitating the activities involved with improving instructional practices. The Instructional Coach will have an in-depth understanding of the district’s instructional model and collaborate, motivate, and communicate with all staff.
Additionally, you will remain current in your field through ongoing professional growth and collaboration, communicate regularly with parents and staff, and contribute to building- and district-level meetings. Dependable attendance, supervisory responsibilities, and other assigned duties are also key components of this position.
Qualifications: Nebraska Department of Education Teacher Certification K-6 Required, Masters Degree Preferred

Benefits: PLCS pays 100% of the healthcare premium for employee only PPO insurance plans and all high deductible plans. PLCS pays 93% of the premium for all other PPO plans.
