Social Science Teacher

Osceola Public Schools is looking for a qualified Social Sciences teacher for the 2026-2027 school year to teach middle and high school social sciences.  A majority of the courses will be at the high school level, but may include some middle school.  We also have multiple coaching and sponsorship opportunities in both boys and girls activities, specific roles will be determined on the candidate’s qualifications, experiences, and interests.  Osceola is located an hour or less from Omaha, Lincoln, Grand Island, right between Columbus and York on Highway 92. Osceola is a progressive community, known for good academic performance and community support and is looking for an innovative/energetic individual to nurture a student’s love of learning.

Additional Information

Osceola Public Schools will have a 2026-2 base salary of $41,300 on a 4% x 4.5% schedule, 100% district paid BC/BS $1200 deductible or $3800 deductible HSA available at the individuals qualifying level.  The District also offers staff tuition assistance money for administratively approved classes/ year.  Successful candidate should be available approximately August 10th if not sooner for orientations.
