6-12 SPED Teacher or 1/2 SPED, 1/2 SPED Director
Osceola Public Schools is looking for a SPED teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The position could be full-time 6-12 SPED or a hybrid position between 6-12 SPED and District SPED Director. Osceola is located an hour or less from Omaha, Lincoln, and Grand Island, half way between Columbus and York on Highway 92. Osceola is a progressive community, known for good academic performance and community support. We have a collaborative SPED team and are looking to continue and grow that environment for our students. Extra duties are an option for this position, but not required.

Base salary for the 2025-2027 school year is $41,300 on a 4% x 4.5% schedule with higher salary possible depending on experience and credentials. 100% district paid BC/BS $1200 deductible or $3800 deductible HSA available at the individuals qualifying level. The District also offers staff tuition assistance money for administratively approved classes/ year. Successful candidate should be available approximately August 10th if not sooner for orientations.
