MTSS & Instructional Systems Coordinator

Neligh–Oakdale Public Schools is seeking a collaborative, student-centered educator to serve as our MTSS & Instructional Systems Coordinator. This position is designed for a strong instructional leader who is passionate about using data to improve teaching and learning, supporting teachers through coaching, and building systems that ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.

This is not an evaluative administrative role. Instead, it is a hands-on, system-focused position that strengthens instruction, interventions, and professional learning across the district.

The MTSS & Instructional Systems Coordinator ensures that instructional decisions are data-informed, implemented with fidelity, and adjusted based on student need—without adding more to teachers’ plates. The role connects data, instruction, intervention, and outcomes while supporting teachers and strengthening district-wide systems.
