Secondary Math Teacher

Morrill Public Schools – Teaching Opportunity for 2025–26

Morrill Public Schools is seeking a qualified math teacher or an individual with a

strong math background who is willing to become certified. We are looking for a

dedicated educator to join our team for the 2025–26 school year.

Salary & Compensation

Base salary: $39,000

Salary schedule: 4.5 x 4.5 matrix

o 8 horizontal steps (educational advancement)

o 17 vertical steps (experience-based)

o Salary tops out at 208% of base ($81,120)

Experience credit: The selection committee may fully recognize all prior years of

teaching experience.

Signing bonus: Available

Additional income opportunities: Possible extra duty or coaching assignments
