Job Description: Morrill Public Schools is seeking candidates for the position of Agricultural Education Teacher. This role presents an exciting opportunity to develop and lead an innovative program within our new facility. We are looking for an individual with the motivation and enthusiasm to create a dynamic and attractive learning environment for our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for instruction in Agricultural Education classes and leading our FFA program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Possession of a Nebraska Teaching Certificate at all times during employment
- Endorsed to teach Agricultural Education
- Strong knowledge and passion for agricultural education and FFA leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Adaptability and creativity in instructional methods to meet students’ varying needs and interests
- Commitment to fostering students’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Dedication to upholding school policies and rules governing student behavior
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success

Salary dependent on education and experience as per negotiated agreement. Base Salary set at 37,750
