Secondary English Language Arts Teacher
Minatare Public Schools is now accepting applications for a Secondary ELA Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. Minatare is located in western Nebraska about eight miles east of Scottsbluff and has a PK-12 student population of 152 students. Our district operates on a four day school week with teacher in-service most Fridays. The school district and high school were rated as Great in the most recent AQuESTT ratings. Come join the family!

Minatare Public Schools has a base teacher salary of $38,000 for 2024-2025 with a comprehensive benefit package to include 12 Discretionary Leave days (may accumulate to 50) along with 2 days of Bereavement Leave. District pays full single or 90% of the premium for family, spouse, or dependent health and dental plans with a $650/$1300 deductible. District will also reimburse $550/$1100 when deductible is met. District also covers term life insurance premiums for $25,000 for all employees along with Long-term Disability.
