Medicine Valley Public Schools is accepting applications for a 6th Grade/Upper Elementary Teacher. Curtis is a community of 800 located in Southwest Nebraska with a total PK-12 enrollment of 210 with an average class size of 12-18. Medicine Valley has a caring and engaged staff and a supportive community. We are seeking individuals to join our team who are dedicated to fostering student success in academics and personal growth, and have a desire to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents in a positive and professional manner.

Candidates must hold or be eligible to acquire a Nebraska Teaching Certificate or provisional certification in the endorsed area specific to the position by August 1, 2024. Base salary for 2024-25 is $37,500. The district pays 100% of the premium for individual or full-family health insurance. This position starts on or about August 12 and includes a 184-day contract. Coaching and sponsorships are available.
