Lead Teacher Early Childhood

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to engage children in various educational activities.
– Create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
– Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior and address challenging behaviors.
– Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the individual needs of each child are met.
– Monitor children’s progress and provide feedback to parents on developmental milestones.
– Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Experience:
– Proven experience working with young students in a daycare or educational setting.
– Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices.
– Familiarity with literacy education strategies for young learners.
– Experience in curriculum development, classroom management, and lesson planning.
– Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
