Head Speech Coach

Malcolm Public Schools is seeking a passionate and dynamic Head Speech Coach to lead our competitive high school speech program for the 2025-26 school year. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to work with motivated students and collaborate with supportive staff in a district that values the arts and student success.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Organize and Lead Team Practices

  • Coach Students in Multiple Speech Events

  • Oversee Event Scheduling, Registration, and Travel

  • Communicate with Students, Families, and Staff

  • Promote a Positive and Competitive Team Culture
