Head Speech Coach

Malcolm Public Schools is seeking a Head Speech Coach for the 2026-27 school year. This position offers the opportunity to work with motivated students while collaborating with a supportive staff in a district that values the arts and student achievement.

Key responsibilities include organizing and leading team practices, coaching students across multiple speech events, overseeing tournament scheduling, registration, and travel logistics, communicating effectively with students, families, and staff, and fostering a positive, disciplined, and competitive team culture.
