MS/HS Activities Director – LOURDES CENTRAL CATHOLIC

Lourdes Central Catholic School located in Nebraska City, NE seeks a 7th-12th Activities Director for the 2026-27 school year. This candidate will continue Lourdes tradition of academic excellence and Catholic formation and values, enhanced by fine arts, athletics, and other extracurricular opportunities. Lourdes is a PreS-12 school with a total enrollment of 310 students.

The candidate also must be:

  • Responsible for scheduling and all day-to-day operations of the Lourdes athletics/activities programs.
  • Provide supervision of coaching staff.
  • Work with Lourdes’ business manager to create budgets for each program.
  • Be in constant communication with coaching staff throughout their seasons and address any concerns that may arise.

NOTE: This is not a stand-alone position. It is paired with another open position at Lourdes.

Located in beautiful Nebraska City, home of Arbor Day, Lourdes Central Catholic School is about a 45-minute drive from Lincoln and Omaha. It is a D1-C2 school of about 325 students fully accredited by the State of Nebraska, part of the Diocese of Lincoln Schools and the Pioneer Conference.

Education and Experience:

Possess or able to secure a Nebraska Teacher Certificate with appropriate endorsement(s). Experience as an activities director preferred, but not required.
