Anselmo-Merna Public Schools, a proud AQuESTT Excellent rated district, is seeking to add an additional student-centered instructional leader to serve as administrator in our P-12 setting. Our district is grounded in strong relationships, high expectations, and a supportive community that values education and student success.

We are looking for a leader who:

• Builds strong relationships with students, staff, families, and community

• Supports and develops highly effective teaching practices

Anselmo-Merna utilizes the Network for Educator Effectiveness (NEE) as our instructional framework. The district has recently engaged in curriculum/resource updates and is currently in the process of comprehensive curriculum mapping. Our talented staff demonstrates a deep commitment to students and continuous improvement.

Areas of administrative specialization will be determined based on candidate strengths and district needs. Special education supervision experience is preferred but not required.

Administrative experience is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain appropriate Nebraska administrative certification.
