Early Learning Center Director

Holy Trinity Early Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time director. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and high-quality education of all children enrolled in the program while fostering a positive early learning environment rooted in faith.

Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements, supervising staff and facilities, fostering positive relationships with families, implementing early childhood best practices and curriculum, promoting the Early Learning Center in the community, and managing the budget and strategic planning.

The director will collaborate closely with the Holy Trinity Principal, the Holy Trinity Finance Committee, and the Early Learning Center Board of Directors to achieve program goals and uphold the highest standards of excellence.
