Middle School/HS Math & Technology
Due to expanding programming, Gibbon Public Schools is seeking applicants for a Middle School/High School Math & Technology position for the 2025-2026 school year. The preferred candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher with a Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with an interest in math and technology. Endorsement areas should be in middle level (5-9) Math or Secondary (7-12) Math with any extended endorsement areas in technology. This position may include teaching upper elementary or middle level math intervention or acceleration and high school math/technical math incorporating technology production with math concepts. This position would also include elementary/middle level exploratory instruction integrating our CTE Technology Lab.
Gibbon is located 13 miles east of Kearney, Ne with approx 575 students prek-12 with excellent facilities and exceptional staff. Come join our FAMILY at GPS!! Coaching and extra duty positions also available but not required.

Salary schedule range for 2025-2026 is $40,200-$80,802, including full family health/employee dental, a $40,000 life insurance policy, LTD, sick (6)/personal leave(6) and NPERs retirement. Additional benefits available are vision, 403(b), dependent life, HSA and Flex Plan. GPS accepts all years of experience and educational advancement on the salary schedule up to a MA+36. This is a 185 day contracted position expected to begin around August 11, 2025.
