Upper Elementary/Middle Level Teachers (Grade 5 or 6)

Job Title:  5th or 6th Grade Teacher (Core Assignment TBD)

Location: Johnson Crossing Academic Center (JCAC) (Grades 5-6)

JCAC is our upper elementary school. It offers a supportive bridge between elementary and middle school. Teachers collaborate closely in teams but specialize in one core subject (e.g. Math, Science, ELA, and Social Studies). This structure allows teachers to focus on one subject curriculum while students rotate between classrooms throughout the day. Students build independence and organizational skills while remaining part of a consistent, close-knit team that provides stability, connection, and personalized support.

                                                                

Compensation (26-27 Negotiated Agreement): 

$43,896.00 (BA, Step 1 Salary based on 26-27 Salary Schedule)

+ 9,000.00 (certified annual flat salary stipend)

$52,896.00 Total Gross Annual Salary
