Elgin Public Schools – MTSS Coordinator

Elgin Public Schools is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time MTSS Coordinator beginning with the 2026-2027 school year.  The responsibilities that accompany this position but is not an all inclusive list:

  • Coordinating the district’s Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
  • Analyzing student achievement and behavioral data
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and intervention staff
  • Monitoring interventions and student progress
  • Facilitating MTSS team meetings and professional development

The following are the qualifications for this position:

  • Valid Nebraska teaching certificate required
  • Administrative endorsement is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with MTSS, data analysis, intervention programs, and school improvement processes preferred

Elgin Public Schools is a progressive school district that has a 1:1 technology program in grades PK-12.  Elgin is located 40 miles west of Norfolk on Highway 14 and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  This position is also veteran preferred.
