We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Teaching & Learning Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position focuses on supporting districts in strengthening literacy instruction through research-based practices, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and continuous school improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about literacy, skilled in instructional coaching, and committed to building strong partnerships with educators and administrators. We are seeking someone who is well-versed in the Science of Reading, specifically for middle and high school teachers and students.
