K-12 Music Teacher
Deshler Public Schools is accepting applications for a K-12 Music teaching position. This position could start the second semester in January of 2027 or the start of the 2027-2028 school year. The successful candidate must possess or be able to obtain a Nebraska Teaching Certificate with the needed endorsement as required by NDE. We would also be open to a Spring Student Teacher for second semester.
The current 2026-2027 Base Pay is $40,100 and Deshler Public Schools will accept all years of experience and completed graduate educational course work from an accredited school.
Deshler has a historically thriving music program that has put on a spring musical that has been very successful and popular in the area.
Deshler is a Class D school located 60-miles south of York and is a member of the Twin Valley Conference (TVC). Deshler Public Schools is a progressive district with strong community relations. We have a strong dual-credit program and provide career readiness classes.
