Dean of Faculty Formation – Creighton Prep 2026-2027

Creighton Preparatory School is seeking a Dean of Faculty Formation beginning in July 2026. The Dean of Faculty Formation plays a pivotal role in advancing Creighton Prep’s mission to form men of faith, scholarship, leadership, and service by supporting the professional and spiritual formation of faculty. This position provides leadership for professional development, faculty evaluation, instructional coaching, and new teacher onboarding, while ensuring that all faculty formation efforts are aligned with the school’s Catholic, Jesuit identity. The Dean of Faculty Formation cultivates a culture of growth, reflection, and excellence that engages the whole educator in the Ignatian tradition. Key Responsibilities include:

• Professional and spiritual development for faculty and staff, including in-services and professional development days
• Title IIA coordination
• Instructional coaching
• Faculty observations
• New faculty onboarding and mentoring
• Ignatian formation for new employees
• School improvement projects
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in education, leadership, or related field required.
• Valid Nebraska Teaching certificate required
• Valid Nebraska Administrative Certificate preferred
• Experience in Catholic and/or Jesuit education preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate processes and programs.
• Experience with instructional coaching and faculty evaluation preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to Jesuit education, Ignatian spirituality and the Jesuit mission of forming the whole educator in the Ignatian tradition.
