English Teacher

Columbus High School is currently hiring an English teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.  The teacher will provide leadership and supervision of students in developing, organizing, and utilizing resources.  The candidate will provide learning experiences that engage participants in the lesson implementing elements of Explicit Instruction in daily lessons.  The instructor will also be an active department participant and collaborative team member assisting in program development and evaluation.

Additional Information

Salary is determined by years of experience and education. 

Base salary for 2024-2025 school year starting at $40,200/year + $12,000 Cash Stipend ($1000/month to be used for purchase of health/dental insurance or may be taken as cash).

Up to 7 years of experience and all degree work accepted for placement.

$1000 Sign-on bonus.
