K-12 School Counselor

Thedford School is accepting applications for a K-12 School Counselor.  We encourage anyone interested in pursuing an endorsement in school counseling to apply.  The position includes working closely with the MTSS and School Improvement teams, being the contact person for the Mental Health program through ESU 16, and conduct social-emotional lessons with all grade levels.  Experience with PowerSchool would be a benefit, but we are willing to train and adjust the position to fit the candidate.  Thedford School is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Additional Information

Base salary for 2024-2025 is $38,010.  We also offer a very competitive salary schedule and benefits package.
