Clarkson Public Schools – Superintendent With Principal Duties to be Included

Clarkson Public Schools seeks applications for the position of Superintendent of the Schools with other principal duties to be included. The District is located in Clarkson in Eastern Nebraska, with a PK-12 enrollment of 192 students. The District has a progressive and experienced staff who care about students; modern and updated facilities with a recent 14.9 million dollar bond; an expanded curriculum with excellent career and technical education; and strong community support for the students and school.

The Superintendent of Schools provides leadership and supervision to the faculty, staff, and students of a Nebraska school district in accordance with the policies and directives of the district’s Board of Education.  Candidates must possess or be able to acquire by the opening date of the position, a Nebraska Administrative and Supervisory Certificate endorsed fully or provisionally for the PK-12 Superintendency.   An Educational Specialist degree, Doctorate in Educational Administration, or an equivalent credential approved by the Nebraska Department of Education is required for this position.
