Cambridge Public Schools is looking for great people to join our team at CPS! If you are a motivated, hardworking, great listening and student-oriented person, you are encouraged to apply for the following position: 7-12 Science; primary areas of focus could be Physical Science/Chemistry, but not limited to these areas. Coaching and/or sponsorships may be available with this position. Activities available are Basketball, Football (Head Football), Track and Asst. Activities Director. Cambridge has a rich academic and athletic history and we are looking for someone to come lead these two areas at CPS!
A qualified candidate must have or anticipate getting an endorsement in their content area. Cambridge is a progressive community with numerous amenities located in Southwest Nebraska; approx. 45 miles west of Holdrege or 25 east of McCook. The region has access to excellent hunting and fishing.

Base Salary for the 2026-27 School year is $41,300; New Staff with less than 3 years experience will be placed on the 3rd step of the salary schedule. Full Family Health Insurance (district pays full premium) is available. Staff receive 2 personal days (can accumulate to 5 days) and 10 sick days per year (can accumulate to 60 days).
