$500 Hiring Bonus! After School Care
The After-School Care Coordinator will work with school-age children in a group setting Monday-Friday from 2:15 p.m. to 6 p.m., up to 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Development/planning of developmentally appropriate after-school activities.
-Interacting with children to provide guidance, emotional support, and motivation to complete tasks.
-Maintain an organized and clean environment and ensure children behave appropriately.
-Ensure that all policies, rules, and guidelines are always adhered to.
-Preparation of snacks.
-Check-in/Check-out documentation
To ensure success as an after-school coordinator, you should be able to encourage social, physical, and intellectual growth within children and possess a strategic mindset. Ultimately, a top-notch after-school coordinator should be a friendly, approachable individual with a passion for teaching and excellent communication skills.
