What We’re Looking For

Technique & Strategy: A solid understanding of wrestling fundamentals, match strategy, and safety protocols.

Mentorship: A commitment to developing well-rounded athletes who have great effort and attitude on the mat, in the classroom, and in the community.

Growth Mindset: An interest in building our emerging Girls Wrestling program and continuing the tradition of our Boys program.

Communication: Ability to work effectively with parents, administration, and fellow coaching staff.

This position has the ability to be paired with any Blue Hill teaching position that is listed on the “Teach in Nebraska” Website.
