High School Special Education Teacher
Bertrand Community School is seeking a high schoool special education teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching all children. Show a commitment to ensure all students achieve their full learning potential.
Potential Candidates should have the following qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in special education
-Strong instructional and classroom management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to run and facilitate IEP & MDT meetings

Bertrand Community School has an enrollment of about 250 students located in Central Nebraska near the communities of Kearney, Holdrege, and Lexington as well as Johnson Lake and Harlan County Reservoir. Bertrand is a one-to-one school district with technology in iPads. The projected base salary is $39,000.00, and all years of experience will be granted.
