Secondary teacher
Berniklau Education Solutions Team is a contracted educational program providing services for a small number of 7-12 students in a Geneva group home. The position can be year round or 187 days. Endorsement preferred is a core subject area or special education. Along with two other teachers in the classroom, this teacher will provide instruction, individualize, supervise and support. The program incorporates traditional teaching strategies most of the day with some on-line course support. The residential behavior program supports student efforts in the classroom and maintains consistency for student success.

Salary and benefits are negotiated individually. Start date is flexible with experienced teachers currently in place. The additional staff is in anticipation of increase in student number post COVID-19 and also an anticipated retirement in August of 2021.
