Teachers are members of a small team in a program contracted by public schools for students who need a smaller setting.  Small student numbers allow staff to build rapport with students and support students’ confidence and ability to succeed in school.  Teachers enjoy creative freedom within a structured, traditional framework to encourage positive transitions for students transitioning back to public school.  Teachers experience high energy days with little demand for investment in time on evenings or weekends.
