Paraprofessional (Instructional Assistant)

Key Responsibilities

Work 1-on-1 or in small groups to support reading, math, and behavioral goals.
Help teachers manage classroom routines, prepare materials, and guide transitions.
Supervise students during recess, lunch, or arrival/dismissal to keep them safe.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (no teaching certification required).
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with kids.
A collaborative mindset ready to Build Community.

Salary & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $16.00 – $22.00 / hour (dependent on experience)
