Food Service Manager / Head Cook

Ansley Public Schools is accepting applications for a Food Service Manager / Head Cook. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and student-focused individual to lead our school nutrition program and provide nutritious, high-quality meals for students and staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious and appealing meals

• Ensure compliance with USDA, NDE, and local health department regulations

• Maintain accurate production records, inventory, and required documentation

• Order food and supplies and manage inventory efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the kitchen and serving areas

• Supervise and support kitchen staff, including training as needed

• Collaborate with administration and staff to meet student needs

• Foster a welcoming cafeteria environment aligned with Every Student, Every Day!
