Assistant Coaches for Anselmo-Merna High School will support the athletics program in a manner that serves the best interests of the school district and student-athletes. The assistant coach will collaborate with the varsity head coach to carry out all assigned duties, ensuring that actions and activities align with the mission and values of the school, while also adhering to the regulations set by the Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA). This role also requires the completion of all assigned training and professional development as specified by the school district. Pay for this position is determined by the negotiated agreement and is considered “extra standard”
