The candidate will
-support the Mission of the CUES School System;
-promote conduct in conformity with the Catholic Church teachings;-
-instill Catholic values in students, parents and staff;
-oversee and provide support and monitor the implementation of the Archdiocesan approved curriculum;
-monitor and report on student progress regularly;
-maintain accurate school, faculty and student records;
-interview, select, and hire qualified faculty and staff;
-comply with all Archdiocesan and state guidelines and requirements;
-provide reports and information as requested;
-supervise and evaluate faculty and staff regularly;
-provide leadership in establishing a safe and secure school environment;
-maintain and provide fiscal records as requested;
-perform such other duties as defined

Additional Information

The principal will begin employment in July, 2021.


A candidate shall possess a valid Nebraska Administrative certificate, a high level of professionalism, superior communication and relationship-building skills, instructional curriculum knowledge and use of data to interpret and support instructional practices. At least three years of administrative experience in education is preferred.
