Secondary Principal (7-12)

Ainsworth Community Schools (ACS) is seeking applicants for the position of 7-12 Principal for the 2026-27 school year. We are looking for that next instructional leader who can continue current initiatives and efforts related to MTSS/PBIS and continuous improvement while bringing their own emphasis and impact to the system. The district has been engaged in the revision of the district strategic plan.  This is a great time and a great opportunity to join a system that is engaged with its board, community, and stakeholders in building upon its already solid foundation. Ainsworth is well-staffed with 46 certified teachers.  The administrative team is made up of 2 Principals, the Activities Director, and the Superintendent. ACS serves over 1000 square miles of school district with the communities of Ainsworth, Johnstown, and Long Pine.

ACS is a “Class D/C” sized community-oriented district with over 385 students, PreK – 12.
