West Holt Public School is currently accepting applications for the position of Middle School and High School Band and Choir Teacher beginning in the 2024-25 school year.  Appropriate endorsement is expected, or a provisional certification in music education. The district will consider other applicants who hold a teaching certificate and are willing to work toward appropriate endorsement. Coaching and sponsorship is also available with this position, including extra duty pay for pep band and concerts.

Substitute teaching opportunities for the spring semester of 2024 are available.

  • Pay is determined by the district’s salary schedule according to the negotiated agreement.  All years of experience are accepted, and full family health benefits are provided.
  • Incentive pay of one extra month’s salary is given as a bonus for coming to our district.
  • Start date will be in August of 2024
