Lead Montessori Early Childhood/Preschool Teacher

Overview

Join our school for the 2026-2027 academic year! Bluestem Montessori is looking to open a new Early Childhood classroom in August 2026 and we’re looking for a an experienced Lead Teacher.. The ideal candidate will be Montessori credentialed (AMS preferred).

Overview of Duties:

– Develop and maintain an authentic Montessori Early Childhood classroom

– Maintain a peaceful and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth

Preferred Skills:

– Montessori credentialed

– Experience as lead preschool teacher OR experience as a Montessori preschool assistant teacher or lead teacher

– Patience and empathy

– Organization
