High School Special Education Teacher

Laurel-Concord-Coleridge School is seeking an High School Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working within a supportive team focused on student growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

πŸ“„ Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

πŸ“Š Monitor student progress and use data to guide instruction

🀝 Collaborate with classroom teachers to support inclusive practices

🧠 Provide targeted instruction and interventions aligned to student needs

πŸ“… Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional learning

Requirements:

βœ”οΈ Hold or be eligible for a valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with Special Education endorsement
βœ”οΈ Knowledge of special education law, IEP development, and instructional best practices

βœ”οΈ Strong collaboration and communication skills
