High School Special Education Teacher
Laurel-Concord-Coleridge School is seeking an High School Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working within a supportive team focused on student growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
📄 Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
📊 Monitor student progress and use data to guide instruction
🤝 Collaborate with classroom teachers to support inclusive practices
🧠 Provide targeted instruction and interventions aligned to student needs
📅 Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional learning
Requirements:
✔️ Hold or be eligible for a valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with Special Education endorsement
✔️ Knowledge of special education law, IEP development, and instructional best practices
✔️ Strong collaboration and communication skills
✔️ Dedication to LCC’s mission and inclusive learning environments
